dev: overhaul SageTeaDeveloper.sh

SageTea requested to merge feature/initial-sync into main
  • 19-item menu (Bootstrap #1), sudo auto-escalation
  • Create portal: DLCX copied to /home//dlcx, plaintext DB pass in portal.conf
  • Systemd uses /usr/bin/squeak + concrete SageTea-Server image
  • List portals, Smoke test, Git bootstrap, .deb builder
  • Paths default to repo structure under sagetea-factory/
